League Rules
- “Spirit of the Game” is a MUST!!
- UPA 11th Edition rules will apply unless otherwise specified.
- Maximum 15 people per team, at least 5 of which must be women.
- 4/3 Format, 5/2 may be used with captains' consent, women should not be forced to play savage when attendance is low.
- Games played to a score of 15 or a Hard Cap at 90 minutes, whichever comes first.
- 5 minute Halftime when a team reaches 8 points.
- 1 Time Out per half plus a floater. None during hard cap.
- Pick Up Players and Subsititutions are allowed with both game captains' consent but none are allowed during playoffs. Pick up players will be charged a one-time fee of $10.
- No Zone for any games prior to the first 3 games
