What you get: 11 weeks of UPA sanctioned league ultimate, a disc, AND a team shirt. Possibly some prizes too.
When: Sundays, Sept 27 - Dec 13, 1:00 - 5:50pm, unless otherwise noted. See schedule below.
Where: Tom Brown Park upper soccer field "D".
Cost: $40 for men, $25 for women.

League Rules

“Spirit of the Game” (http://upa.org/spirit) is a MUST!!
UPA 11th Edition rules will apply unless otherwise specified.
Maximum 17 people per team, at least 5 of which must be women.
4/3 Format, 5/2 may be used with captains' consent when female attendance is low.
Games played to a score of 15 or a Hard Cap at 90 minutes.
10 minute Halftime when a team reaches 8 points.
1 Time Out per half plus a floater.
